My job is to realize the dream of physical-aesthetic change for people with a diet and personalized training to be performed both from home and from the gym through an online service and quality assistance guaranteed 7 days a week.
The idea was born as my personal challenge, to understand if it was really possible to make my idea of diet and training usable in every corner of the world, breaking down the walls of sedentary lifestyle and distances.
Since then, an exponential growth with over 1,000,000 social fans on FB and IG and the satisfaction of seeing my students achieve excellent results every day thanks also to the team that has grown with me.
